The fantastic team at Robnett Properties also provided regular, detailed financial information and back-up invoices. That allowed us to see clearly how the project was progressing and the costs were in line with what we budgeted. Mike kept us informed every step of the way. There were never any surprises, only pleasant ones. For instance, when an opportunity arose to purchase less expensive material for our signature fireplace, Mike made us aware of it and put the plan into action. 

Mike is a very patient person and he never appeared frustrated with rookies like us, who had millions of questions and, at times, couldn't make up our minds about the myriad of decisions that needed making.

Today, we love our beautiful McCall home and are so thankful to everyone on the Robnett Properties team. They took our dream and turned it into an amazing reality.
