We chose Robnett Properties because of their strong local reputation as one of the best builders in town. Given the long, cold winters and heavy snowfall here, it was crucial for us to work with a builder who understood the challenges of these conditions. 
Mike was fantastic to work with. His communication was clear, and he was very fair throughout the process. If any issues arose, rather than hiding them, he was upfront about the problem and explained how it would be resolved. We really appreciated his ability to create and stick to a budget, knowing when to invest a little extra in key areas and when to save. Mike has a great eye for design and an excellent sense of taste for the finishing touches. What impressed the most was the Mike promised our house would be completed in less than a year - and he delivered!
