We met with Mike before we had even decided to build a home and we had an instant connection with him. He spend almost two hours with us and went over in detail the process of building a home, how he and his team works, and what we could expect. He even convinced us the property we were looking at was a really good deal. 

We started our project while living 500 miles away and yet we never had a concern about how things were going.  The team at Robnett Properties kept us up to date on every step of the process. We had several friends ask us if we were going over to check on the work to make sure everything was being done correctly and we told them that with Mike and his team there was never a need to. 

We love our home. The quality of the work is without questions outstanding. Mike gave us great little tips throughout the process that really make the home special. He worked on the alignment of the home with us to give us the best view, he made suggestions on various finish aspects that were right on track with the overall design. And he watched our budget as if it was his own money. 

The best thing about the entire home building process was getting the opportunity to work with Mike Robnett and getting to know him on a personal level. We would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to build a home in the McCall area.
